- Offer & proof: defined specialization, positioning, and services (automation audit, 30-day POC, discovery-first). Led capability design: demos and use cases for e-commerce, marketing ops, and publishing. Demos built with a technical partner; I own strategy, positioning, and documentation.
- GTM & ICP iteration: defined and tested multiple ICPs; refined messaging and packaging. Built repeatable lead-generation workflows (outreach strategy, pipeline tracking, AI-assisted research and drafting), including Upwork bidding setup—job-description-aligned offers, catalogs, and prompts—to stress-test demand and positioning.
- Ops & brand: registered UA legal entity; handled initial tax and compliance setup. Aligned LinkedIn and content guidelines with positioning; internal tooling (Cursor Skills, content workflows) to keep output consistent.
